　　鲁网莱芜9月1日讯（记者 亓晓雨）  光阴似箭，不知不觉，他已在教育战线上工作了二十年，在教育这块热土上，他辛勤的耕耘着，用教师这个神圣的职业来使自己的生命更加有意义，在塑造别人灵魂的过程中，使自己的生命更有价值。今天让我们一起走进亓学亮的世界，看他如何培育幼苗。

　　在刻苦学习中成长 如饥似渴地汲取精神营养

　　俗话说“学高为师”他深知要想给别人一杯水，自己不但应该有一桶水，而且应该有源源不断的活水，不断更新自己的观念、业务知识和能力。他明白只有不断努力的学习和思考，都有做到与时俱进，才会有创新，有发展。为此他努力提升自己的专业素养，努力学习现代信息技术，积极参加市里乃至全国行业内的各种培训，学习新的教育理论，不断更新观念，拓宽视野，学习中成长。在教学中，他能不断进行教学反思，勤于总结，更好的把握教育规律，并做到学以致用。

　　八小时工作时间之外的亓学亮，与书本为伴，与纸笔为伍，如饥似渴地汲取精神营养，与老同事和业内同行切磋，只为解开一个一个困惑和难点。他是学校里来得最早的老师，也是走的最晚的。学校里有他忙碌的身影和沙哑的声音……

　　慧心管理 让生命沐浴阳光

　　教师是蜡烛，点燃自己照亮别人，从1997年至今，他一直担任数学课和班主任工作。他关心热爱学生，从不放弃一个学生，为了使每个学生都能各尽其才，实现自己的理想，他从思想工作入手针对不同层次的学生展开教育，用赏识的目光去看待学生，用鼓励的眼神给学生以自信，用亲切的语言肯定学生的进步，为了使工作更有实效性，他从学生学习水平的高低和科目发展的平衡性出发，给每个学生制造成了成长目标，确立优势，明确劣势，取长补短，让学生可持续的不断发展，每个学生有成长目标，有成长纪录，有错档案，真正落实“不求个个升学，但求个个发展”的思想，全面培养学生的素养，他所教的班级年年均名列前茅，在学生的成长中，他自己也有很大的进步，从刚踏入工作岗位至今，他一直勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业、积极学习、热情工作，一份付出，一份收获，他被评为区级学科带头人、区教学工作先进个人……成为莱芜市实验小学数学学科最有影响力的教师。

　　为了更好地帮助学生提高素养，他的课堂生动有趣，富有激情，把握规律，深入浅出，以学生为主体，师生、生生互动，让孩子学知识，学方法，学数学思想策略，注意学科整合，让学生德智全面发展，真正收到了“授之以渔”的效果，好多外校的学生在小学毕业后和他成为益友，好多教师与他探究课堂，很多教师在听了他的课后，都有茅塞顿开的感觉，为他竖起大拇指。

　　在教改创新中进步 用智慧点亮生命之灯

　　在教育教学中，他积极进行课堂教学改革的探索和研究，主动参加市和区的新教材培训，积极探索，大胆实践，钻研教材、大纲，了解学生，深入实际，坚持以人为本的原则，构建和谐课堂。他倡导学生“民主、合作、探究”式的学习，让学生亲身经历知识的形成过程，在教学过程中，从学生的角度出发，从实际生活出发，发挥学生的个性、潜能，指导学生掌握学习的方法，让更多的学生勤于动手，主动参与，乐于探究，让每一位学生都能在课堂上得到发展，为了增强思想政治课的实效性，他大胆尝试情境体验式教学，使学生在一堂课结束后，不但学到了知识，而且思想价值观也发生了改变，达到在教学中育人的目的。

　　他还积极进行课题研究，以课题研究促进教学改革，他提出的基于培养学生数学素养的教学设计的探究，已经成为省级立项课题，现在课题开展的如火如荼，扎根课堂，培训教师，让教师得到成长，把课堂真正给孩子，让孩子得到全面的发展。他倡导的重思维培养、重实践操作、重合作探究“三重”真正把学习的空间给了孩子，把数学从“枯燥”到“趣味”，孩子们学习从“被动”到“主动”，变“要我学”为“我要学”，学生的学习事半功倍，真正让孩子成为有目标有计划的学生，为孩子的下一步成长打好了基础。2006年被评为莱芜市教学能手、学科带头人、莱芜市创新人物。

　　在爱心中获得快乐 让“生命种子”生根发芽

　　多年的教学工作离不开他对学生的无私关爱，无论在课堂上，还是课外，他总是微笑着去面对每一个孩子，真诚的与他们去交往，成为孩子们的良师益友，特别是对那些有困难的学生，他给予更多的关心，更多的帮助，更多的激励引导，走进他们的心灵世界，发现闪光点，让他们树立信心，如班级里的“四大金刚”（四个小男孩）数学成绩特别突出，亓学亮就用这四个孩子的优势，来带动班级里成绩稍微差的学生，形成一帮一的学习互助小组。正因为他对每个学生的关心呵护，所教的班级学生师生关系融洽，凝聚力强，上进心足，所带班级年年被评为校先进班集体，爱心的付出也使他真正休味到了教育工作的真正价值。

　　在做好班主任工作的同时，他承担了学校教务处的工作，为了提高全校的教育教学质量，提高教师的整体教学能力，在工作中他经常深入课堂，与他们一起听课、教研，帮助年轻教师采取“走出去，请进行” 的方式加强交流与学习，用课题研究促教学改革，使整个学校的教学工作生机勃勃，成绩整体上升，得到了大家的认可。2017年获得莱芜市教学先进个人。

　　多少个晨昏，亓学亮在校园里守望。他坚守着那份清贫，坚守着自己对教育事业的那份执着，不怕困难、踏实工作、积极进取、乐于奉献。这种精神赢也得了学生和家长的尊敬和爱戴。他将努力进取、一如既往、完善自我、不懈追求，在平凡的工作岗位上将自己最珍贵的爱洒向每个学生的心田，用炽热的情感去温暖学生的心灵，启迪学生的智慧，做一名深受学生爱戴的好教师！
